NZ newspaper articles written between 1974 and 1993 about the history of the clinic, pulse diagnosis, facial acupuncture, massage, herbs and a parliamentary bill to outlaw acupuncturists.
Acupuncture wasn't always accepted here. These clippings, scanned as PDFs, cover roughly two decades of the clinic being written about in the local press, including the period when a bill before Parliament would have made the work unlawful. We keep them online because they're part of how the practice got to where it is.
The scans aren't dated individually, so they're grouped by topic rather than year.
